  8. is capable of initiating up to 24 calls from one or more lists. It is capable
  9. of playing customized voice messages and choices. The called party is allowed
  10. to enter data via DTMF key pad and interact with the system. The system can be
  11. programmed to receive transferring the call to a live agent or supervisor
  12. (dependent on the configuration). Comprehensive reporting and administration
  13. capability is provided, including the number of un/successful calls, the number
  14. of messages recorded and creation of lists.
